The product and service from Jumbo pets is impeccable, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Aramex the couriers, the last 3 deliveries we have to lodge a query as to where our delivery is at as it has gone past the delivery date ordered 27th December and collected from Jumbo pets on the 28th and finally delivered on the 10th January, we are literally 50/60 km's up the road. Surprisingly as soon as the enquiry is lodged it arrives within 24 to 48 hours but we shouldn't have to continually do this. to get the vet approved dietary product.
