Unfortunately Jumbo Pets could not supply the product we ordered, however there service was excellent. They notified us the morning following our order that they were out of stock and had corrected their website. They had already checked with wholesalers and could advise they could not guarantee when they could replenish their stock and offered a refund or to wait on the back order. We took a couple of days to decide and eventually when with cancelling the order, we were refunded immediately.
