I had changed my address when I moved into my place last year. The previous order come to my new address but the latest order went to my old address. I only realised this after the delivery as I had been on a run of night duties at work. That was the reason I didn’t check it was going to my old address. That is something I thought I would not having to check as previous order came here. Update : I had a call from jumbopets they have resend out the product I had previously ordered.
