I guess some of that fault comes to me for not knowing Toyota/Lexus has two different sizes of drain plugs. But when I contacted customer support their only response was for me to re-order the correct part. They said returning the old part for credit would not be worth the return freight cost. 5*++ rating on one tool and a 1* on the other tool and customer service response averages a 3* rating.
