The Keevo is a great device and I'm glad I made the investment. Not only is the device top notch, but so is the support team. It had been a couple years since I last used my device and I could not remember my password. Due to software being out-of-date, I had to manually update the device. I submitted a ticket online and within a few days, Jean and Noah had me back up and running.
Not only is the Keevo an excellent wallet that provides peace of mind for long-term storage, I now know the Keevo support team is there and readily available should I run into any issues in the future, and as others have mentioned, are based in the US.
