The issue lies not with the product itself but with the service level provided by KickAss. The delivery was subpar, with the item promised before Christmas (ordered 1st week Dec) but not arriving until nearly a month later, after Christmas. KickAss was unable to provide any tracking data or updates on the item's whereabouts.
Attempts to contact support and use the contact page were largely ignored, adding to the frustration.
While the products may be satisfactory, the service level is highly unsatisfactory
