I am so glad that I had run into the KickAss webpage and have had the opportunity to look at their products, they have some great things that they offer. I had bought thier Powerstation and I was VERY pleased with the product. Unfortunately, I recently ended up short-circuiting the powerstation and decided to replace it with a new one. About the same time when I had ordered my new PS I had contacted some folks from KA to see if maybe my old PS was repairable, but because we do not know the full extent of damage, the folks at KA offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to purchase a new PS. Even though I had already purchased a new replacement PS (before corresponding with the folks at KA), they still sent me a free $99.80 gift card that I can use for any other item. Talk about great customer service....
