I found the website very use friendly. I could not access a physical location, so online it was.
I found the drop down description boxes very handy. There was a lot of relevant information and not just wording for the sake of having content.
Buying online is always bit ifa guessing game with things like skateboards but the ease to bounce back and forth between narrowed down options was really appealing.
The packaging of my purchased boards was impeccable. I was very impressed.
