Had a few questions about the colour of the Deck I wanted (top and bottom stains) and also sizing of a hat - called through to the shop and Lachie was working from home and said he'd get someone to check and get back to me - within 10 minutes I had a call back letting me know the exact info I needed! Got the board shipped that day and it arrived within 2 business days (wasn't even express) to Central QLD which is pretty much unheard of.
