Customer service was excellent and very friendly. I also always appreciate how competitive the prices are.. However, buying skate pads on line is tricky & I would have liked more information about sizing for protective gear. I also found the Kick Push return system a little dated & clunky. The expense of sending my order back via post would put me off a bit from purchasing next time. Once I had made my way around these hurdles though, I found the communication from the staff at the warehouse & the processing of my new order both really great. So I was very happy in the end.
