My experience with Languex was very poor. The translations were riddled with errors — including duplicated paragraphs, spelling mistakes, incorrect names and titles, and misused technical terms. The language was often too informal for academic documents. Each revision introduced new mistakes, showing a clear lack of quality control. Unlike other firms, Languex doesn’t offer an approval stage; the only option is to contact support, which often takes over a week to respond. Overall, Languex proved unreliable, slow, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them for any academic or official translation work.
