Textbooks along with ebooks should be included with class. Multiple monitors are not available to everyone. It is not easy to follow along with an ebook as with textbook; this is well known and was surely given consideration. Cost versus value was likely the trade off. I was not able to download the ebook as Kindle was not an approved app. I went without a text for a week for a very expensive class. No good!
