The trainer was friendly, patient, and listened to our needs. He clearly has experience teaching classes in the online environment. He kept menus up long enough for us to follow where he was and how he got there, so we had plenty of time to do it ourselves as well. He repeated important notes every time he did them (e.g., make sure to click away to avoid making changes where you don't want to; click x tool to do x, etc.). I was a complete beginner, so I found his style really helpful. I appreciate that he was both very professional but also laid-back.
