I would recommend this training for people who are exclusively CAD/draftsman. I would not recommend it for machinists who are looking to use it as a manufacturing tool. One of the bullet point items in the class description on the ledet website states : "Use the 3D print workflows to create a rapid prototype or the CAM workspace to create toolpaths to machine components"
This is not in the curriculum, so it wasnt taught, as a machinist; this is what I was hoping to glean from the class but it did not happen.
