The instructor, Christopher Breedlove Brown, was fantastic. He is clearly a pro at InDesign, but he spoke at a level that was appropriate for newbies. He was approachable and friendly, and he adjusted the curriculum for the slass based on what the students needed and wanted to know. I am less satisfied with Ledet in general. The facility is outdated, poorly lit and dirty. Specifically, the workspaces and hardware were filthy. Keyboards, mousepads, monitors and chairs were grimy and disgusting. The should have been a coffee pot with individual servings (K-cups) rather than a pot of coffee that sat there all day, burning. There was no one at the front desk, ever; even on the first morning of class to greet students. Pre-class communications were inadequate. I didn't know if my Visa had been charged for the class, didn't know what to bring on class day, and I didn't know if my class was going to be canceled.
