I would recommend Ledet training because of the organized and engaging format of the training. The facilitator was also very knowledgeable. He worked at the trainees' pace and allowed opportunities to ask questions and go in depth. HOWEVER, I WAS MISLED REGARDING THE CHOICE OF RECEIVING THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE COURSE BOOKS. BEFORE MAKING A SELECTION OF HOW TO RECEIVE THE COURSE BOOK, LEDET SHOULD INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE BOOK REQUIRES AN AMAZON READER, I.E. FIRE TABLET. USING A READER IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING IN THE ADOBE CAPTIVATE COURSES. WHEN I CHOSE THAT OPTION, THE ASSUMPTION WAS THAT THE MATERIAL WOULD BE DOWNLOADED ONTO A DESKTOP/LAPTOP, I.E. PDF FORMAT. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FOLLOW ALONG USING THE ELECTRONIC VERSION. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT FOLLOW ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE CLASS WHEN REFERENCES WERE MADE TO THE COURSE BOOK.
