Louisa is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job training me and my team the Camtasia application. Louisa not only taught us Camtasia but she also went over how things work in the background of the app which is sometimes crucially important to help resolve issues that may come up during the use of the app that average users may not understand. It was a pleasure attending Louisa's training sessions and i would gladly take another class with Louisa.
