We have been getting amazingly positive responses from our borrowers on both the Website and the POS system. The website has been really easy for us to be able to maintain, which is important for a small business. The POS system is very easy for the borrowers to navigate through and has a "crisp and clean" application. LHP has also checked in with us and taken our feedback on how to improve the system to heart-- we've already seen some wonderful improvements that have not taken them very long to get into production.
