If you’ve been in the business as long as I have you’ve gone through a few website companies and setting it up can always be a daunting task. Usually the reps are just “sales people” and don’t know the technical side of things so when you want to do something they don’t have the answer. Lisa was not only very knowledgeable, but could ACTUALLY help either set things up or let me know what I want to change could be done through tech support. Super excited to have the backing of this company as my website provider!
