The only thing I would advise is to explain a little more at the offset that there could be a lot of data checks by the lender due to the rules set up to help the person applying not get into a situation that is too much for them. A good idea but a little bit of a shock when applying for the first time since the rules were applied. However saying that the way this was explained and we were led through it by Lendle was excellent once we continued the application.
