Extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Explained everything to me VERY clearly and made sure I understood all cost implications. The service was swift and precise, but not intimidating or stressful. They were helping me with debts and did not shame or embarrass me, they were all very supportive. Yes, I know they are making money and the service should be good, but this was exemplary.
