Prompt service but the watch bracelet had been opened and rejoined with one small piece installed incorrectly. This was disappointing as it was a gift for my 88th Birthday.
I had expected that I would need to have some links removed as the bracelet would be too big so I then ,(because of the original problem) decided to purchase a repair kit for myself ($23.00) via Amazon as there are no longer any jewelry or watch retailers in my local area. I followed a Seiko video and after much struggling managed to remove 2 links and correct the original fault. Should I have returned the watch to Seiko or you, again a problem repacking and getting to a post office!
Prompt service but very poor quality control.!
