Communication could have been better. Having spent a large amount of money on a new watch, it would have been nice if Linda and Co kept me informed as to the progress of the order. As it was, I only received confirmation that an order was received on paying for the goods -which is fair enough- and not until after I had picked up the parcel from the local post office did I receive an email informing me that the parcel had been sent.
