Shipping was fast and items arrived undamaged. However, the wrong bottles arrived as I received a different voyage than was advertised on their website. Reached out to their customer service and they responded quickly and we apologetic. They asked me to send picture of the bottles I received and they said they were going to check the warehouse for the correct voyage. I sent them the pictures and 15 days later I have yet to hear back from them. The only reason I purchased from them was because I was looking for a specific voyage as they had listed on their website. I already had bottles of the voyage I received so it was really a waste. However, I will still drink them but at this point, will not purchase from them again.
