I placed an order for 4 bottles of rare bourbon back in October. The first bottle was sent the first part of November, then 2 weeks later the second bottle arrived. It is now December 17 and the other 2 bottles have never arrived. The order was over $5,000 and their customer service simply states they are shipping. These people are complet crooks.
