Took over a month to receive my product. When it showed up the box was damaged, a corner of the box was crushed, had dirty fingerprints all over it. I thought I was ordering a new product. This looked used, dirty, and damaged. I wanted to keep the product and then resell it a few years later but nobody will buy this with a damaged box. I alerted them and they said they would help me out and have been asking for an update for over a week and nothing. These guys are a scam. Do not order from them.
