I ordered 3 bottles of Woodford Reserve Derby Edition for a very reasonable price. Shipping was a little stiff, but the order was placed. I received an email shortly after that my order had been received, was given an order number, and the order would be on its way shortly. Several weeks went by and no order information, shipping date expected or how it was going to travel. I emailed them twice with no response. I tried 1 more time, and was told they were expecting the order to arrive that week and it would be shipped the next day. Another 2 weeks go by, and still nothing. I sent yet another email, and no response again. So, this email I sent via their link for questions. About 5 minutes later, I got an email for a refund. No explanation, no apologies, no Bourbon, no Nothing! It is because of deceitful businesses like this one that causes people to be apprehensive to buy online when someone offers something at a decent price only to find out that the business they are trying to work with has other ideas. And, of course, there is NO WAY to leave a review directly on their site. So I will add Liquor Stars to my Do Not Buy list.
