If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have called their customer service line during their business hours (12:15 to 5:00 pm PST) at least ten times. They never answer the phone, you cannot leave a message and it just says they are closed - call back during business hours! You can email them all you want and they don't respond. Not only that, I tried to find out, through Whois, who owns the URL and it is even hidden. They don't want anyone to know who owns this sham company.
