I ordered 3 bottles of Eagle Rare on December 10 thinking that I would receive them before the holidays since you claim to ship the week you receive the order. I received them on Dec 28 after all holidays had passed. When December 23rd arrived, and no Eagle Rare had arrived, I went shopping for alternative gifts. I communicated the whole time with a person by the name of Noel. I asked him to stop the order but he did not. It showed up on December 28th. I then sent Noel an email asking him how I should go about making a return. You guessed it - no answer. I’m angry, frustrated, and disappointed.
