We had ordered two bottles of expensive liquor from the store. We received one and never received the other. We requested multiple times a tracking number for the second bottle. We never received it or heard back from them. The last time we asked, we told them we were trying to handle this cordially. They immediately responded and said we don’t deal with disputes so we’re sending you a refund. It blows my mind that instead of selling the product and or having good customer service they would rather just refund our money. Customer service is HORRIBLE.
