I had quite a lot of difficulty to place the order because of you system not understanding my post code. I have had this before on other web sites. I think it you have an American system.
I was able eventually to place the order a day later after I managed to get the system to accept my post code and then had to change my credit card as it rejected my usual one. At the end on this the birds are enjoying the fat container so in the all is good. You do need some software updates
