I'm afraid it was not initially a good experience. I ordered three "FlutterButter" suet mixes in jars but one arrived broken. It was , however,replaced at no charge very quickly arriving the day after I alerted them to the problem. The birds love the mix and I have to fill up the feeder often twice every day.
