I was disappointed that your customer service team did not reply to my email.
I placed my order from your face book advert which offered free postage. This was not applied to my order and no reply to my email was given.
Immediate response from Company with an apology and confirmation that postage would be refunded. Apologised for error, did not receive my e-mail.
