I have to say my birds love the food and now the robin has managed his balance he’s a regular visitor ! Only problem this human as I unpacked everything I mislaid the chain !! It “disappeared” and I emailed the company confessed my stupidity and asked if I could purchase one ….my fault & the lovely Louise said no we’ll send you a complimentary replacement !!!! How very kind 🤩from your very satisfied customer ! 👌
