My order and delivery was fine however trying to take advantage of the Feb free dellivery offer I ended up paying the delivery charge. The offer was providing you spent over £20. My purchase amounted to £20.69 but because I had "foodclub saving" of £1.03 the resulting final total was £23.56. If I didn't have the "foodclub saving" (presumbly because I am a regular customer) my total would have been £20. I phoned to discuss this matter with one of your colleagues today and the suggestion was that in future I should phone when I place an order on line if there is an offer attached so the total can be adusted. Surely this problem can be sorted without the necessity of an additional phone call.
