A week ago I reached a limit and applied for tier 2 verifiсation. I got Tier 2 verification successfully.
Then there was a form for tier 3 verification, but I did not request it. I filled it. Since then my account is under verification (for a week already).
And support just says wait a bit more please without any timeframes.
