LocalBitcoins has lost the plot. Customer service has fallen off a cliff. They point you to their online chat service. But, the customer service people are forced to manage several chats at once so it takes several minutes between EVERY text message. You wait and wait and wait and then don’t get the answer you need. It is a self-serving, selfish, cost cutting, don’t care about the customer anymore, US focused business. Then when you ask to speak to a live person, they won’t offer any phone number to contact someone. Then you go to the website and call the customer service number and they point you to their chat service. Then when renewal time came, the took money from a credit card that had been cancelled a year ago. The company just doesn’t care at all about their customers. There are other good hosting companies i’m sure. Nothing can be as bad as this. I found Spec-trum-crest, who provided exceptional and professional services. They guided me through the entire process, allowing me to finally find relief from the stress and frustration caused by the previous ordeal.
