Product was good as always but didn’t arrive next day, after paying extra for it. Took 5 days and ended up missing the birthday it was intended for.
Used the excuse of Christmas post, even though it was the start of December. Had 0 problems with every other retailer online with Christmas post (even up until a few days before the actual day). However, these things happen.
The most annoying thing was after I got in touch with someone at LLD’s and whoever responded was very blunt and rude. They didn’t even sign it off with a ‘best regards’ or anything.
It may seem picky, but for a small company, that type of customer service is very poor. You see better at global companies like Amazon, even if you are “sending a ceo into space”.
