I signed up for a subscription every 8 weeks..
First delivery received on 15/11/23. My bags of protein were covered in sticky powder. Had to wipe down every bag. That's when I discovered there is a leak in the 1kg whey. Immediately emailed Lush protein.
Received 2 parcels on 21/11/23. The first parcel contained a replacement whey protein which was also leaking. The second one contained another set of subscription. I was really shocked when I found out my credit card was charged the second time just few days apart when my subscription is every 8weeks. Again I emailed Lush protein.
It's been 3 days and I still have not got any reply. Really disappointed.
