It's impossible to talk to someone in your team, no customer service phone or whatsapp number is provided. My orders normally are delayed or out of stock after I paid.
Remember, customer is king.Don't leave us with the automatic chat box, it's frustrating. Same goes for the IG chat. No reply. We customers prefer human touch or at least a quick whatsapp reply.
You guys just lost a customer, too bad because I liked your product and I was a loyal customer.
