Service was first OK when I brought in an item for consignment but the second time when I came to take it back the service was rude and impolite! My friend and I could not believe such behaviour can exist in this kind of “luxury” store where customer service should always be premium regardless of purchasing or collecting back an item. Sure thing this was first but will be last time dealing with this store. Marketing was near to zero in effort to sell my bag and picture was poorly taken not showing the actual real colour of it. Took it to another consignment store in the area and they got it sold before even listing.
