We just had a memory chair made. I was so apprehensive as our treasured memories were in this bundles of clothes from my 3 children and my own baby blanket. Lisa has kept in contact with me during the process and I’m delighted that I was able to also get some cushions made and any excess clothes will be returned. Brilliant service. Thank you
