Inconsistent and Unprofessional
No return/refund or help for bad sim or incompatibility. Customer Service has no resolution. They give lame instructions on how to set up sim every time you call. The complaint starts from first step again after calling and repeating your issue a 1000 times! I lost my money on the sim and the plan
