Terrible customer service.
I had bought a bundle for a wrong number by accident and called the lyca service if they could transfer the bundle to the correct number or refund it. They told me to wait 24-48hrs which did I kindly.
After waiting 48hrs and an extra 3 days, I called them again for the update of my situation. Again, they told me to wait another 24-48hrs and apologized for the the delay. I was ok to wait for another 2 days and of course, after the wait, I hadn’t gotten any bundle or refund.
I called two more times, this time the service team told me that my case was given higher priority and that I would receive my bundle within a day. I checked my phone the next day and didn’t see any update in my bundle. I was furious.
It’s been over a month now and I haven’t seen any updates from Lyca on my phone or my bank account. As a result, I have switched to another telecom called 48 which give a solid 100gb + 10,000 minutes for only €8 and I’m loving it so far.
