I bought a lycamobile number and tried to pot my old line but all u got was that I can only send text messages with my old and supposed number but can’t make calls on it,to make matters worse the agent o talked to pretended he had no understanding of my problem and adviced me rudely that if I really want such service I should go buy another lycamobile line and start all over that is the highest level of unprofessionalism I had ever seen
