I was suppose to receive a refund in 5 to 7 days however it’s been more than 15 days but still haven’t received it. Every time I call Lyca , I’m told they are processing it. Iv repeatedly asked fir a supervisor to call me and was told on multiple times that a call back has been arranged but no one ever calls you back. Looks like the supervisors are hiding and don’t want to face the customers. Poor poor service. Will never recommend Lycamobile to anyone and going to port out my number.
