Topped up £10 activited a bundle only to get 6 GB when it should be 10 GB called Lyca up for a refund told to wait 10 days max still no refund calls Luca up they told me they will look into this got a text saying to Luca has resolved as follows we do not have the logs to check further still no refund they are criminals. So what I do is go on Luca website order 3 SIM cards for free use up the 50p credit and then throw the SIM away Iv done this 50 times already I am getting my money back 1 way or another because Luca will lose money now.
