Location: Denmark. If I could give zero stars I would. Our SIM arrived, no number written on accompanying documentation, phone would not recognize it and we could not activate it. The helpline said for weeks that due to technical fault they could not help us. The website gave a support email but no one ever answered. There are no walk-in shops in Copenhagen. I am writing off the 24dkk I paid for the SIM since no one even answers.
