I bought the SIM card in Italy and I could never get service in any other country. Because I am in Italy regularly, I kept it for 3 years, but I could only recharge it while in Italy for use in Italy, so it was not much help for my other locations. What's more, I could not recharge on the website no matter what country I was in. Multiple customer service chat agents couldn't figure out how to help me get my phone recharged or use it in another country. I am changing companies and will never use Lycamobile again.
