I switched to Lycamobile 4 weeks ago and then I go in holiday . It’s not working abroad. I contacted the customer service many times but they couldn’t do anything. Now, I asked them for the PAC code, so I can keep my number, but they don’t want to give me it, they advise me to send a free message to a number to request the PAC but how can I send if I don’t have service? I send many emails and no answer. The worse company I ever saw. Nobody couldn’t contact me all this time.
